North, south, east, west – Winnipeg is a city where a thriving and vibrant arts and culture experience awaits you on every corner.
To celebrate this, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, Manitoba Theatre Centre, The Manitoba Museum, Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra, Manitoba Chamber Orchestra, Prairie Theatre Exchange, the Winnipeg Art Gallery and Manitoba Opera, along with Destination Winnipeg, have teamed up to create Culture on Every Corner (www.cultureoneverycorner.ca) - an exciting new initiative to promote Winnipeg’s vibrant arts and culture scene.
Go to the cultureoneverycorner.ca website,and join the Cultured Club - a free online membership to an exclusive club where members have access to ticket sales, promotions, contests and prizes. If you join before December 31, 2009 you'll have an opportunity to win one of eight behind-the-scenes experiences for 10 at an event hosted by one of the founding arts and culture groups.
Now Winnipegers can know more about what's going on in the arts and culture scene and we can attract overnight visitors to Winnipeg to experience “Culture on Every Corner.”
